I Heart Fufu
One MetroNorth train, a few subways and one very, very long walk took me straight to heaven in the form of a West Indian supermarket where I got myself a box of Plantain Fufu, (A thick, doughlike West African food made by boiling and pounding a starchy vegetable such as yam, plantain, or cassava). Now I can finally use the Fufu spoons I bought in South Africa for more than stirring my coffee.
